Our team is cohesive, collegial, fast paced and professional. Together, we provide our clients with an extraordinarily high level of service. A significant component of this service is our administrative support process.

About you –

You are an administrative pro who doesn’t want to be a secretary. You have top notch Microsoft Office skills. You love organizing paper and projects. You are tenacious when it comes to follow through and details rarely slip through your grasp. You enjoy filling out forms thoroughly and accurately. Amazingly, you also love serving customers and people often comment on your warm and professional phone presence. You have a ton of energy and enjoy a fast paced environment.

The Job Responsibilities –

  • Process investment and insurance applications
  • Provide service to our practice’s best clients
  • Provide administrative support during our financial planning process
  • Provide administrative support for special projects
  • Organize and maintain our paper and efiles
  • Create great looking documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

About you

You’ve spent the last several years in a financial services environment. You have solid technical knowledge in the investment planning and love rolling up your sleeves to analyze and develop investment portfolios and have substantial experience analyzing alternative investments. You are accurate and detailed in your work. You take ownership and pride in all that you do. You are a polished professional who is strong at multi-tasking. Most importantly, you want to be able to apply your many talents. You are one of those special people, able to handle details and follow through and make clients feel supported and appreciated. You enjoy being part of an exceptional team and are easy to work with and have strong follow-up skills.

Essential Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Can review and evaluate investment statements and planning documents
  • Strong technology skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required.  Advanced technology skills (such as Excel Macro programming, etc.) preferred.
  • Interest or progress toward professional designation, such as CFP or CFA

Job Responsibilities-

  • Provide support in development of investment proposals
  • Proactively, clearly and concisely communicates client investment recommendations to planner.
  • Prepare review materials under direction of our Planner and Assistant Planner
  • Maintain our Investment Implementation system
  • Make trades
  • Provide client service (DCA, withdrawals, distributions, cost basis)
  • Complete investment applications
  • Maintain our asset transfer tracking system
  • Assist in maintaining technology infrastructure of organization.
  • Participate in other projects as requested by management.
